Let’s celebrate Creole style every Saturday in February at Saigon Café. Saigon Café will be decorated in theme to invite guests to enjoy the party flavors and atmosphere. Dine on delectable dishes including jambalaya, shrimp etouffee, pan-fried foie gras with Cajun spice and Mardi Gras cake. There will be a free flow of house wine, coffee and tea for the full Creole night experience.

Li Bai offers a Valentine’s menu for couple with great delicacies including steamed baby lobster with XO sauce, wok-fried broccoli with dried scallop and Valentine’s chocolate. SPECIALTY DISHES AT LI BAI

Boston lobsters and Dungeness crabs will become the specialty dishes from 7 to 29 February at Li Bai Chinese restaurant on level 2. Explore our chef’s new creations by enjoying Boston lobsters and Dungeness crabs cooked in different styles such as steamed with garlic and soya sauce, wok-fried with spicy sauce, baked with butter and chopped garlic and cooked upon guest’s request. For early risers, don’t forget Li Bai opens at 10AM on Sundays.
